The POINT Group was founded in April 1998 as an initiative of three artists: Pavel Botezatu, Constantin Ciosu and Constantin Pavel. The Group is very exclusive, including only important names of the national and European caricature. The impressive number of international prizes collected by the Group's members speaks for the value and expertise of their artistic activity.

The Group's members are experienced in directing nationwide artistic events. Hence, the Group's program include personal, national or international exhibitions. The Group is also open to cultural exchanges with artists or national organizations abroad. The Group has contracts in graphic advertising and publishing with Romanian customers.

In 1999 the Group established the Omnium Foundation, which will take over some of the Group's objectives, regarding sponsorships and exhibition management. The Foundation aims developing national and worldwide cultural partnerships.
